This is a two part question

 

1. WIth the EKWB EK Fluid Gaming A240 Kit Here   can i safely use Primo-chills Vue found here   in it.

 

2. Pre-Mixed Like primo-chill you just poor and go no mixing in water correct?

WARNING: Use of this product with aluminum components (such as aluminum constructed radiators) is not recommended and will void the fluid warranty.

It will completely get wrecked by the aluminium so not. Coolants can be directly poured in, but some like the EK-cryoFuel concentrate requires dilution using distilled water, so depends.
