Nice big warning on primochills website

 

WARNING: Use of this product with aluminum components (such as aluminum constructed radiators) is not recommended and will void the fluid warranty.

It will completely get wrecked by the aluminium so not. Coolants can be directly poured in, but some like the EK-cryoFuel concentrate requires dilution using distilled water, so depends.
