I have p7h55-m si mobo and only 1 chassi fan header 3 pins could i run a 1 to 3 spliter into 2 120 AF120 led fans and 1 80mm be quiet fan as exhaust or should i try 1 to 2 x 2. 2 for case fan and another 2 of cpu fan header

You want to make sure the amperage of the fans don't exceed the maximum rating on the header most are 1amp. Looking at the 120mm fans (0.4amps) you want to only place two per header to ensure you don't overload it.

For the be quiet ones it would be 0.15Amps, so if you wanted you could use a splitter on each motherboard header so it distributes the load across all headers. The 80mm and 120mm fan will run at different speeds as they are two different fans.
