I have a strong urge like an itch to build computers so in an attempt to satisfy it I removed the side panel of my computer then took out and put back in one of my ram sticks. The fans spin and all the RGB turns on (not to my settings though) but it won't display anything on the monitor which appears to be off even though it is on. PLEASE HELP!!! I value my computer over everything else and it's failure to operate would destroy me.

Try with just one RAM stick, in the primary memory slot

Try each RAM stick individually in different RAM slots?

Try booting with no GPU or RAM and find out if the PC is even POSTing(you'll know when the PC either beeps or a debug light on the motherboard turns on)

I turned it on with no ram and it didn't do anything different than usual.

I attached an image of my computer.

I also don't want to remove my graphics card but I'm certain it isn't the issue.

The issue could possibly be the motherboard because it is intended for a ryzen 5 core but I have a ryzen 7.

How can a motherboard be "intended for a ryzen 5" ? As long as it has the AM4 socket, you can run any Zen-series CPU on it(with the exception of ThreadRipper)

I suggested removing the GPU so we could make sure the computer will POST at all. Given that it hasn't I'd take a guess that your PSU might be bricked or close to if it doesn't supply enough power to turn on the BIOS to even start the computer.

So if I bought a new one do you think that would fix it?

Speaking of the psu double check you didn't do something incidentally to the 24 pin connector, make sure it's fully connected and in esp the 4 or 6 pin part that's usually separate from the rest. Also double check the CPU power connector.

Both are located usually near the ram (I see one of the 2). Also check the CPU fan connector tho that would give a post error on Intel's not sure about AMD's. Basically double check all connectors around the ram.

Also try resetting the cmos as a last resort before buying anything.

What is CMOS

Cmos is a battery that keeps a tiny bit of power for the computer's internal clock and bios/uefi settings. On your PC it is located right next to your CPU to the left (see the thing that looks like a watch battery? It is, that's just what mobos happen to use)

Turn your PC off and unplug it, and take the battery out (one side has a little tab-thing you can push, you'll need something to prod it with and to jab underneath)

Leave the battery out for 5 min or so~ then just put it in, plug in, and see what happens (it should reset mobo settings and Maaaybe fix your problem with booting)
