144fps at 1440p... probably looking at 1080(ti) range if you want maximum pretty, 1070 could probably get up in that range on medium settings (or high in less demanding games) iirc 1070ti doesn't fall far behind the 1080...

144Hz 1440P? You're gonna need a 1080Ti for the vast majority of games to come even close to 144Hz.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

1080TI, 1080 if you want to cut settings. 1070 used 980TI if you only play esports games might be fine

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

you are going to want a 1080 in there at least if you want medium to 144Hz

pay a bit more and get a 1080 Ti its a lot faster and will serve you some more years with good frame rates. But if you can afford more get at least the 1080.
