Generic Avatar Santa Hat?

Hey guys, I have a question.

 

What's with everyone using the generic avatar with a santa hat?  Can't we get a little more creative?  I mean, I can see maybe one person doing it, but when every other OP for a new topic has it, it's getting weird.

I like that everyone is making/getting a holiday themed avatar, and I wanted one as well. So I sat down and tuned up my own. :D I'm already sad that I'll have to change it back when the holiday season is over. :(
