Laptop Freezes after opening programs

Hello, I have some problems with my brand new MSI laptop that is equipped with some good tech:
CPU: i5 7300HQ
GPU: GTX 1060 6go
RAM: 8go 2400MHz (1 stick)
Storage : SSD(120go for OS and 1 game but 48go left on it) and 1Tb of HDD

The computer is brand new ,it's not heating, i already tried reinstalling windows several times without any ameliorations.

It's not a big problem but whenewer i open programs like discord or even mozilla, my computer freezes for a secound and come back to normal after the freez. I already posted this on MSI' s support but they are still figuring out what is the problem.
I tried reinstalling windows, all display drivers and reinstalling them in this order INTEL after NVIDIA.
If you need more info, just ask.
Hope you can help me because it's becoming an issue for me...
