gpu isnt working how it should

i have gtx 1070 and after a while its stop working as it was use to do

What do you have?

Did you mess with the voltages before it stopped working right?

in game like csgo on max settings i had 100 fps but now on max i get 30 fps

i had it for few month and i didnt mess with anything tooo

First off, click on the "Default" button.

I can see +26 MHz on the GPU Core, so everything is NOT currently at stock settings.

 

The two GPU-Z screenshots shows the GPU is sitting idle, or under a very low usage (under 20%).

Have GPU-Z open in the background, do a single run of the Unigien Superposition benchmark, switch back to GPU-Z and get the maximum/highest readings for everything.

Example:

 

Make sure you are running your games on Full Screen; not Windowed Mode, or Borderless.

@__sin4__ for a non-overclocked GTX 1070, your Superposition score is more or less in-line (correct).

The GPU-Z numbers look perfectly normal as well...

 

What version of the nVidia graphics drivers are you using?

Latest ones available should be 388.71, dated December 20, 2017.

 

Again, are you running your games on FULL SCREEN mode?

You GPU is working as it should, if CS:GO is having performance issues it could be software wise, make sure no unrealistic DSR and alike settings are up for it and in worse case scenario reinstall the game altogether.
