Intel SA 00086 not working

I did download the hotfix for my sisters z170 pro a from MSI but the problem is that it doesn't work. It states in the description: " Microsoft Win7 Hotfix installation is required for Intel Management Engine Driver to be installed successfully." The installation files for Win7 32 and 64 bit are included. The problem is that my sisters does use windows 10 and the installer, therefore, won't let her install these fixes.

 

I did install the Intel management driver: (https://de.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z170-A-PRO#down-driver&Win10 64) without the Windows 7 hotfix but it didn't work according to intels bug detection tool.

 

I guess I am out of luck, or does anyone have an idea? Thanks anyway
