no that's micro atx , hence why it states it's compatible with some micro atx boards.

 

Form Factor (Compatible Motherboards): 
  • Mini-ITX M/B (170*170mm or 170*190 mm)
  • Micro-ATX M/B (≤200*245mm)


He said small and this is about as small as micro atx can get.

That is the thing though... I'm not trying to be unpleasent with you but microATX is my thing and I know not a single z370 or b350 (Intel AMD latest) motherboard will fit in there.... OP did not specified what he is having but if it is the latest technology this is unfit.
