Stock wraith spire noise

After installing my wraith spire, I notice it makes this very low pitch, not super loud, but consistent noise, wondering if it’s normal, here is a video demonstrating the noise. I can really only tell if it’s quiet in the room.

Ya as RAM said, it's normal. Change cooler ASAP to keep your beauty cool.
