Is this sound normal?

Hey guys,just need help determining if this is a normal fan noise, it’s not loud, just a consistent “tone” I’ll attach an mp3,it was recorded directly against the case. Wraith spire cooler.

Couldn't you upload this to like a YT a/c and let us just hear it that way?...DLing files in 2017 is asking for issues.

I could make a video later I suppose, I just took an audio recording, I figured I’d use this forums attachment process

While you can upload a video/audio file as an attachment i for one do not DL any attachments from any forum unless it is verified and even then i may not do it, i only look at a pic or document as attachments as it just shows on the site itself where the post is and if this was a YT video it would show and a person could just hit play and hear it but keep in good spirits, someone may DL it and answer you.
