I've owned the rival 700 for over 6 months now, so I'm pretty sure I'm fine to say some words on it. 

 

It's pretty comfy, it's heavy (for me this is a plus), sensor is good, vibration is helpful, screen is great. 

 

Mouse is small enough that I (with my above average sized hands) can claw/fingertip grip the mouse quite easily. 

 

SteelSeries are making the product better over time, with the new integrations that came out with the M750 keyboard. Discord notifications come up on the screen as well as who is talking in voice chat, which can be helpful.

Its the smallest version of RIVAL 300 with unnecessary Gimmicks like vibration mode and Oled logo display which adds the extra cost

1.Its heavy above 100Grams so if u like heavy mouse then its not an issues

2.The shape is edgy but its not a big deal

3.Button and scroll feels nice with rubberized texture on the side.

4.Excellent sensor called true move 3 which i think its custom pwm3360 its one of the best optical sensor

 

If u want the smallest and lighter version of rival 300 without unnecessary nonsense get the Rival 310 it use the same sensor and has the similar shape to rival 700
