Which games benefit when being ran from an SSD?

WhiteSkyMage

I have recently bought a 1TB SSD (850 Evo) for like $280. I would like to ask, which games do you think would benefit the MOST from being installed on that SSD?

My guesses (correct me if I am wrong):

Star Citizen, Skyrim, ARK Survival, DA Inquisition, The Witcher 3, Crysis 2/3, Fallout 3/New Vegas/4 (???), Total War games (?), ACIV:BF (?), BF3 (i don't play it, nor I own any other BF games), Dark Souls 3? DOOM / Prey / Sniper Elite (?), any MMOs (like FFXIV or BDO?), any of the Far Cry games after FC3?

Any time a large amount of data has to be moved from storage to RAM within a short amount of time. Like loading a map for instance.

yup, but in certain games this is well done and a hard drive will still be sufficient, where as in others (like in Half Life 2) the game will literally STOP. That needs an SSD. Loading screens is the biggest offender.

Open-world games mostly, but cards with low VRAM will benefit in nearly all scenarios.

Usually open world games like GTA or PUBG would benefit most, but sometimes it doesn't matter at all. Overwatch, for example, sometimes flat out fails to load sounds or character skins for a solid 2-5 minutes for me upon first launch for the day, no matter if I have it installed to my read-striped HDD's or read-striped SSD's because poor programming.
