was working before and its know detected as disk drive and when accesing it it just says please insert disk

after i tried to make a bootable usb it didnt work and know im unable to acceses it

 

NOTE:I tried formatting it before

i tried but when i typed (clean) i got this

 

DiskPart has encountered an error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
See the System Event Log for more information.

 

even if i didnt use (clean) an djust convert i get this

 

Virtual Disk Service error:
The specified disk is not convertible. CDROMs and DVDs
are examples of disks that are not convertable.
