So today I received my video card and RAM from UPS. So I installed both pieces and than proceeded to power on my pc. Everything powered on cpu, gpu, psu, and case fans were spinning, but my tv stayed at a black screen. I tried updating my BIOS using the USB Flashback feature on my MoBo didn't help. I don't have a MoBo speaker so I can't exactly pinpoint the issue, my gfx card is connected to my tv through a hdmi cable. I just need some help on maybe finding the problem. My specs are

MoBo- ASUS M5a97 R2.0

CPU- FX 6300

RAM- G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 8gb

1TB HDD

Optical Drive

GFX Card- EVGA GTX 650 ti BOOST SC 1GB

PSU- Corsair CX430

Have you tried pluging your monitor/TV into GFX's DVI port or changing the PCI/PEG settings in BIOS.

I turned on my pc but no beeps at all the mobo led is on as well as all the fans on the case and components. I tried with each stick of ram and with no ram, the gpu was out for both tests and still no beeps could it be my mobo thats doa or defective?
