So my friend needs a graphics card at a maximum of $145. 

He wants the best performance for 1080p on many games (bf4, GTA, etc)

Needs to be in stock!

you can probably get it in store for less then $150 some places...but most online is a bit more.

 

I just grabbed 4 sapphire 7850 2gb from Canada computers for $164ea. for my intro mining rig.

 

seen them cheaper around but those were already sold out.
