How much air pressure is enough

I'm thinking of replacing my stock H100i v2 fans (SP120L) with some CoolerMaster MasterFan Pro RGB fans but want to make sure they will be good enough.

 

My thinking is that while the CoolerMaster fans do not give as much air pressure as the Corsairs, they should be ok as I currently run my Corsair fans on minimum to keep the noise down so this would lower the air pressure by a lot as well.

Would i be better off going for the Air Pressure or Air Balance variety for my radiator?

 

I know this is the watercooling board and not air but to save me posting the same question again, What variety would be best for at the front of my Fractal Design Meshify C? I'm thinking either air balance or air pressure with it having to pull air through a foam-like air filter. it would be the 140s as well not 120

Trying to keep compatible with asus aura sync and dont think the ml fans are.

 

The air pressure fans will be good enough then i take it? what about for the front of the case?
