RMA Process:
- You contact that manufacturer.
- Tell them the problem.
- Basic troubleshooting, if the component is bad, then RMA (go to step 4) or express RMA (go to step 6).
- Send them back the defective component.
- They send you a replacement (End).
- You give them a credit card # and pay for a replacement.
- They send you a replacement.
- You send back the defective unit.
- They refund you. (End).
