Attempting to setup and Unturned server

I've setup servers before, even Unturned servers too. But I can't get this to work. I have my firewall completely off (private and public networks), I have DMZ on for my computer, and the server starts without any errors, I cant get it to connect but as soon as I type "localhost", it works. Please help my fix this

Have you tried to port forward ports 27015 thru 27017? Another thing, can you confirm if your ISP give you a public IPv4 address? Only reason I bring that up, is IPv4 addresses are depleted for the most part, so if your ISP ran out, then they could be using carrier grade NAT. If they are, then you cant run the server, at least no easily. Not all ISP's have invested in IPv6 yet.

While its unlikely, ISP's will block certian ports. Mostly ones that are known to be used in hacking and such. But there is always a possibility they block those ports.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I probably wouldn't be using your PC as DMZ server as that is a bit insecure.

I'd just set up port forwarding on the router.

This is something you have to deal with in the US?? That's gross.

Yeah, I have tried all those ports too, I have firewall exceptions, and I have even tried turning my firewall off to see if that would work. Also, I don't need to port forward if my computer is in DMZ mode, which basically means that all the ports are forwarded to my router.

I've tried this too, i'll try again though, what is NAT?

Not on my provider, but some providers have ran out of IPv4 addresses.

Network Address Translation. It allows you to use one Public IP (Internet routable address) between multiple computers. If your ISP has ran out of IPv4 addresses then they most likely have started doing NAT themselves. Which means they would have to port forward for you. Ive heard of mixed cases of some ISP's doing this or not doing this. But having multiple layers of NAT can be problematic in many cases. Its hard to say if they are doing carrier grade NAT. The only way to really know is if your Public IP is 192.X.X.X or 10.X.X.X. If this is the fact, well your pretty much screwed. Also, it could also be your ISP blocking those ports. Those are only needed to run the server. Most ISP's have it in their TOS that your not allowed to run servers, as they can use lots of bandwidth.
