I need two laptops as Christmas gifts for my nieces. Trying to keep them budget friendly and I honestly don't feel like spending $300 a piece for a chrome book with low spec.; Does anyone got any suggestions for something I could pick up for under a $100 a piece and convert for them? I am looking for something with a front and back facing camera.

I am looking for something like this https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-80SF0001US-Chromebook-Celeron-Chrome/dp/B01CVKKZ60?th=1 with either a front and back webcam, or something like this where the webcam is mounted on a 180 degree swivel. They record hours upon hours of video of themselves so I figured something I can mod out into a chromebook would offer more space than the standard 32 gb flash memory chromebooks
