Best 24 inch freesync monitor for under $200USD?

I'm looking to buy a freesync monitor. Needs to be 24 inches to fit on my desk. I want really good colors and viewing angles. If I can squeeze in 144 hz that's great, but not needed. Im okay with 60 hz.
