780ti low gpu usage!

sloop

My 780ti is not working properly, the reason for that is any game that is not demanding it does not use its whole capacity. When I mean it does not use the whole capacity it only uses 5% of it. I only get like 40FPS on everything low on TF2. It is very strange because on high demanding game on BF4 and Assasins creed Black flag on ultra settings maxed out it runs over 60fps. Does anyone know what is going on? If so please answer this question.

My specs: http://gyazo.com/51c14791a0d20a60bd043b009b8f32db

On most games I play it does not use its 100% on GMOD it only uses 17%. What is going on?

Give your meat a good old rub

Gmod is a low GPU eater game, it dont need that much power.

Chances are your playing games that don't use enough of your GPU,
you can't expect a low end game to run 100% on a high end GPU, it

doesn't work like that, alternatively you can enable K-Boost which will

force your card to run at it's boost clock all the time, which will increase

performance, but not make the game use 100% gpu load, in terms of FPS
its tough to say, could be a driver setting such as v-sync being enabled, you

can disable this via the NVidia control panel on the desktop, your game settings

could have v-sync enabled to make sure to disable it in game as well, finally,

limits could be placed in the game itself that's stopping you from achieving your

desired frame rates, which is why I'll get 100+fps on BF4, but no more then 40-60
frames while standing in town in world of warcraft, game optimization is important.

hope this clears up any of your questions!

I had the same problem but instead with Battlefield 4. To fix this you gotta uninstall the drivers and reinstall them without the Audio Driver. IDK why this fixes it but it does now im good on Battlefield.
