Older AMD Graphics Cards

Heyo! I'm a new guy to these forums, and am wondering whether or not there is an older AMD graphics card with similar performance to a GT 1030. The GT 1030 is a little bit pricey for the performance it brings, so I am looking on the AMD side for an equivalent or slightly worse. I have a small form factor machine, so that's needed too. The Radeon HD 7770 seems promising. As long as it has 2 GB of VRAM I will be okay with it. I'm a guy who has always had the immense power of Intel Integrated Graphics, so pretty much anything newer than 2009 is an upgrade for me. I am on a budget, so I really don't want to spend more than roughly $80 USD. Any reccomendations? Thanks my dudes.

Who needs fancy graphics and high resolutions when you can get a 60 FPS frame rate on iGPUs?

Maybe a 7850 fits in your budget? Pricing should be similar but it should have a nice performance bump.

Single Slot only, or do you have room for Dual Slot ?
I'm guessing only Low Profile (Half Height) can be mounted ?

Half height, however, I can fit a dual slot!

Looks like the 7850 needs a 6 pin power cable and the GTX 1030 does not.  Just making sure you have this taken into account.

Oof. Thanks for the heads up! I have an old OEM case, so I don't have access to cables. Thanks again!

I don't think there was ever a half-height 7850 anyway. I do know there was a half-height 250X though (7770 rebadge). Maybe also 260X (7790 rebadge) - would be a great option if so.

Alright. I'll look into those! I've seen the 240, which is decent if you can get it cheap.
