Any software to detect hardware problems?

I have a R7 360 2gb and i5 4590 @ 3.30 ghz and 8 gb of ram
I'm currently experiencing problems with my fps. I suspect its my graphics card but is there a way i can check all my hardware's ''health''?

And what would be a significant upgrade to a r7 360 ?

If you want good budget performance then go GTX 1060 6GB or RX 570

Try running benchmarks and comparing them to online benchmark results. See if your card is significantly worse. (5 FPS- 10 FPS worse)

memtest96 to test your ram.

crystaldiskinfo to check your hard drive.

3d mark to test your gpu

There are Memtest and Crystaldisk, but nothing more than that. There isn't anything that says your X part is having issues. You can either troubleshoot it yourself (monitor fps and temps, run benchmarks and compare scores), or post to forums with details to get help from peers.

From this post its really hard to say. If problems have just started, could be drivers, dust, windows update, game update and number of other things. If its some game, its related to that game. Either its more demanding than what you have played before, or just badly optimized.
