Lenovo g500 will not boot windows or bios

So i posted this a week ago, i went to a service with it and it worked there. They rebooted untill the problem occured then they tested rams and hardisk and their ok. Told me to do a bios update. Anyone has any clue what it might be, or  dealt with this thing, any help will do.

I think you may have an Issue with the bios. When you push the power button immediately spam F2. See if you get into bios
