I bought 2 cheap graphics cards on eBay, a GeForce 210 512 Mb and a GeForce GT 710 1 Gb. The 710 has passive cooling, and the 210 has an 80 mm fan. Even though it was passively cooled, the GT 710 is (not surprisingly) faster than the 210.

 

Can you guys recommend any budget (sub 100) graphics cards?

With that budget a 1024 core RX 560. Looking at used then you can probably find GTX 770s
