"coil whine" near my cpu?

The cpu vrm is the same as a gpu vrm so the coils can whine on those as well.

Hi

So today i noticed a weird coil whine like sound coming from my pc, first i thought it was the gpu *takes out gpu to use ig gpu"  still that weird noise...  THEN i thought it was the power supply *takes out the damn power supply, replaces it with a new one* still same Problem!  AND THEN i thought "maybe the hard drives?" *takes out hard drives* STILL.SAME.RESULT!! 

so i installed a completely fresh version of windows 10 (on a new drive), installed aida 64 and the weird thing is when i stress my cpu the noise is completely  gone! but as soon as the cpu usage goes down it starts making this coil whine sound!! 

what the heck is dat sound and where dafuq is it comin from?!  

this noise is SO annoying, but not loud.. BUT STILL!  

btw: if the cpu OR the gpu is idle the sound *happens* randomly

Can confirm. When overclocking my old i7-980X, there was a lot of coil whine coming from that motherboard.
