So I recently dug up my old laptop, and it worked. I formatted it and reinstalled windows, and everything was going fine. Until I restarted. Now it won't boot up. When I press the power button, it does not light up, the fan turns on, the disc drive moves, and the speakers pop. No image shows up on the screen. The fan doesn't ramp up to full speed for a few seconds like it normally would when the thing boots up. Instead the fan starts at a very low RPM.

Here is what it sounds like when I turn it on: http://vocaroo.com/i/s1uskntD07nv

I've tried removing and moving around the RAM sticks, and that wasn't the problem. I'm not really sure what's happening. I even opened it up to see if anything was damaged, and everything looks fine.
