So, I submitted a post a few days ago about changing motherboards and not being able to boot Windows 10 off of my hard drive. Well, I made a bootable Windows 10 usb from the creators tool, and now I can't even boot off of that.

I am getting really desperate and will try about anything right now.

When it boots off of the USB, the dots spin about 1/4 the way around and then freeze.

Thank You for any suggestions,

Download the ISO with the creators tool and create the bootable USB with rufus.

Is it saying why it can't boot from the drive, or is the drive even populating in the boot list?

CPU: i7-4770k @4.8ghz---Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth z97---Ram 32gb Corsair Vengeance---GPU: 2 EVGA GTX 980 4gb way sli---Case: Corsair 600T White---Storage: 500gb 850 Pro & WD Black 4tb---PSU: Corsair RM1000

It literally shows me nothing but a black background, the Windows logo, and the frozen dots.

FYI: I have a Ryzen 7 1700 on a MSI Tomahawk B350. Also worth mentioning, I am trying to boot after changing mobos to a MSI Pro Carbon Gaming motherboard and then back to my original B350 Tomahawk.
