92mm CPU fans

I've looked and looked and still can't find any 92mm cpu fans that fave any good reviews, what are some good 92mm fans that cost less than $15?

 

Also, can case fans be used for a cpu fan?

you can use case fans, as long as they are the correct size and have enough static pressure

you can use case fans, as long as they are the correct size and have enough static pressure

not sure how to find it's static pressure. I'm terrible with fans.
