Well it's not an EVGA 750Ti FTW....

I'll poke around on Sapphire's website and come back when I've got an idea of what it is :)

Not a card from EVGA at the very least.. Probably not even an Nvidia card (since it's Sapphire).

Check the back of the card, it should have some numbers there, or possibly it has the model number above it PCIE slot at the top (can't read it from this picture, too blurry).

it's not a 750 Ti, I can tell you that much.

EDIT: looks to be a Radeon HD 7750 Sapphire 1GB GDDR5 Edition

Other than the word Sapphire on the fan, can't tell much from your pic.  The glare is bad and there isn't enough detail.  try taking a couple more pics without the glare and get some close-ups.  Don't forget the back of the card too.  Maybe a sticker or something.

OK so I actually didn't go to Sapphire's website, but a bit of googling brought up a card that looks very similar: https://videocardz.com/43721/sapphire-radeon-hd-7730-detailed

EDIT: this one looks very similar as well: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b687/sapphire-hd-7750-2-gb
