Asetek AIO Compatibility

I have several questions about AIO, especially for asetek 3rd party cooler

1. Thermaltake water 3.0 performance, is this cooler compatible with am4 if i buy am4 upgrade kit from corsair(for h100i)? Because in my country there's no upgrade kit available for thermaltake, but for corsair there are plenty of them. As long as corsair and thermaltake using same asetek bracket, is this possible?
2. Thermaltake floe riing rgb 240 vs deepcool captain 240 ex rgb, which one's better? Currently i have deepcool one, if i switch to the thermaltake floe riing rgb 240 is this move an upgrade, sidegrade or downgrade?

edit: I misread. All current coolers pre-AM4 will need the AM4 compatility bracket. You can find them online. And no, they will not mix and match unless the shape of the pump/CPU block is the same across brands.

 

The attachment would have to look like this. Though I don't know what all Asetek AIOs look like.

I heard that asetek pump on AIO is bad ,not only from one dude but from a lot of techies here on LTT.

I want to tag him so he can explain more to you but his username is so dificult to remember its like he create his username by slamming his face to the keyboard.
