Light, 15 inch laptop with RGB and 1060

Ok, I am looking for a laptop under 2000 USD(yes i checked the guide) with an IPS 60hz pannel, RGB, VR ready GPU, that is thin, and a good Build quality. (Preferred with good battery life)

 

1060s are fine, but maxQ 1070s are preferred
