1. mATX mobo in ATX case will look weird. If you want WiFi you can add a PCIe expansion card to an ATX mobo for that. Usually cheaper as well.

2. Personally bad experience with Seagate drives. Any other brands like WD, Hitachi, Toshiba served me better.

3. No CPU? No RAM?

4. Hyper 212 evo is a popular cooler because it is a good replacement for the stock one (when that broke), not because it's powerful. From my experience with the same cooler (but higher airflow fan), it cannot handle overclocking without sounding like a jet engine, so either stick with the stock (only comes with non-K processors) or those with larger heatsinks like the Cryorig R1, Noctua NH-D15 or Dark Rock Pro 3. Keep in mind that air coolers are super durable, so once you bought one, you can use it for the next decade. Even if it stops working a fan swap will do (like I did to mine).

5. Bad PSU. In fact nearly all EVGA 80+ and 80+ Bronze PSU are bad. The only exception is the B2.

Get a tier 1-3 PSU. The higher the better. As for wattage, 550W ones are more than enough. 450W will leave no room for upgrades though.
