you should check the noctua website, go find the product and click compatibility. Their website is fantastic for information like this however if i remember correctly d14's only fit low profile vengeance ram and vengeance pro not the original vengeance. Just double check though

maybe the u12s or the 140mm version

On which motherboard are you putting it? Maybe wait for that new cooler coming soon, with the cutouts in the sides of the heat-sink. Or, supposedly soon at least.

Are you stuck on Noctua? You could look at Phanteks coolers - arguably almost as good...

I believe that Vengeance Pro is bit higher than original and so D14 wouldn't fit with those either. With NH-U14S (or U12S) there's no clearence issues. Or shouldn't be but Noctuas site is down and I can't check it.
