I am hoping you all could maybe make me a PCPartPicker list that's around £450/$600 and a Ryzen build. 

The only games I'll be playing would be Rocket League, R6S, BFH, FH3 AND NHL17/18.

600$ is going to get you a really low end ryzen system as opposed to a somewhat decent used system.

what workstation tasks are you doing you didnt list them

lpok for a used x58 motherboard and buy a xeon x5650 and slap a gpu into it(used 980ti sounds good, even used 780ti if budgets really tight)

 

ideally you should save until you can spend 1000 pounds, you can get a good setup for this amount as seen below..
