You shouldn't wash any motherboard with water. Get a compressed air can and clean it that way.

Absolutely not.

Are you asking for real or joking?

technically you can but it has to be absolutely dry before using again, I usually strongly recommend not to. Alcohol is the only way to do this if you want it to be usable afterwords. 9/10 times people do it wrong and end up with a dead board.

You can actually. All of the GPUs on my display shelf were washed in the sink. You've got to get every last drop of water out though.
