A uniqe Problem help asp

So i got this app called foxfi gives free wifi hot spot i want to play a game rainbowsix siege but all that happends in the game is me freezing and dieing and i cant even kill any one and when that isnt happedning i gray screen the whole game for like 10-20 minutes every sing round just two minutes so any ways im not completely sure why this happends because i can surf the web just fine please help

can you open cmd

netstat -n -b please with screenshot(use paint to black out your ip address)

also netsh then enter key

now int ip4 show show global and same for ip6

very last pic screenshot of taskman in full screen with running processes

this allows me to determine whether its a crap connection crap configuration or virus

Your cellular provider might be throttling you. Because most get pissed when you attempt to use "Free Hotspot" when you might have to pay for it. Because not all plans include the Hotspot feature, while they might not be able to tell your using the feature, they will figure it out based on data usage. As normal phone traffic, tends to be a lot lower than using the hotspot feature to feed other devices. . Or you could just have a shit connection to the tower or the tower is super congested. Ive seen network speeds as high as 100Mbps on T Mobile, where I live I only get maybe 20 Mbps.
