Linus just ROASTED my headset. I own a pair of the Sades SA-708s and mine aren't that bad. Great 360 degrees sound, great mic and very comfortable. But the wires did fray at the ends after a while (including near the controls) and the inline controls are admittedly shitty and in an annoying place.

 

That being said, I actually bought a second pair of the same headphones after owning mine for 4 years and the ones that came were worse in every way, including mic, sound and build quality. Also the packaging was different. Which lead my to believe that these are licensed and mass produced by different manufactures and so quality varies.
