Very nice. You'll be happy with that. Maybe get a 4670k instead.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

The system is far from value friendly and you can get cheaper or better for the same price.

Corsair fans are quite mediocre. There are better/cheaper options available.

If this is just for gaming, then I'd say you could save a bit of money if you drop the CPU to 4670k and you can probably drop the PSU wattage a little, though idk about efficiency.

It's nice. I don't think you need a black HDD and that RAM is a bit expensive for what it is.

I agree with the RAM too, that RAM does the same job as cheaper RAM but looks the part :P

Maybe you should go with other fans if the aesthetics aren't to important. I bought Corsair fans for my h100i and i was not happy, so i bought a couple noctuas' instead ;). The Corsair low noise AF don't make any noise but the SP ones didn't satisfy me. You could hide a pair of noctuas' on top of the radiator. I have a 350d and i can't see the noctua fans with the side panel on. Corsair fans do look nice though  :P. The other parts are pretty awesome  :D.
