My Nexus 5X turns off on the Google Logo

Hello everyone,

 

I managed to get my Nexus to startup but it turns off after the Google logo, even if going into recovery. I have been attempting to access TWRP Recovery for a couple of hours and I have no idea what to do, please help me.

It's called a bootloop and you might be able to claim warranty. Otherwise you probably need a new phone sorry.

Crap, how do I get out of it. Also the phone rarely turns on, I have no clue what's going on.

Haha, this happened to my dad's phone. I took it apart and we realized it was because the battery was dead on the phone.

 

However, others have reported the RAM chip I think coming loose / needed to be resoldered.

 

It really sucks though, all you can really do is access the bootloader. You can't even recover the phone either.

You could try flashing the factory os. It fixed it for me a couple of times

How, I can't even access the bootloader, it doesn't even turn on -.-

You might be able to get to it...after like holding the bootloader keys for quite a while...

 

My dad's phone took like 5 min to get to the bootloader, but even then, I couldn't make it to the recovery mode.

 

All I can really get to is the google white logo of death. lol
