MS Xbox 360 Wired Controller for Windows randomly changing to player 2, 3 and 4?

I'm playing Assassin's Creed brotherhood.Had no problem on my old PC. Now, when it happens, I have to disable it in device manager and reenable while im playing, which causes a restart. 

 

Please help.
