Out of Sync

When I tab out of a video and come back the audio is occasionally out of sync by about a second or so. I don't know what caused this issue, and I was wondering if anyone had a solution.

one solution is to not tab out

What player are you using? Try another player.

Are you talking about youtube? Do you also get random sound popping in your headphones? If so, this is an issue that some people (including me) are experiencing since the Creators update 1709. You can find two threads about it here in sound and troubleshooting sections. No solution yet unfortunately.
