Monitor for productivity <200 USD

I am looking for a monitor to connect my ultrabook to.

 

Things I am looking for:

- definitely ips since I don't need it to be fast

- vesa mount is a must

- reasonable out of the box color accuracy

- atleast 24 inch

 

Whether it's QHD or FHD I don't really mind, but text shouldn't be blurry from a normal viewing distance.

 

Amazon.com is ideal
