so as the title states I'm currently having some internet problems, for example my Wifi connection is currently fluctuating between 1mbps download and 20 Mbps (as shown in the picture below) ive tried everything from switching adapters on my computers to switching channels on the modem but nothing is working

So if anyone could give me any advice that would be great

Still no image showing :^)

Just upload it to imgur and link it here.

Can you try connecting something wired, so we can rule out if it is the WiFi or your entire connection?

Also, fancy profile picture.

I hate to be this guy but I would first try turning off your computer, and unplugging your router and modem. If that doesn't work check to make sure you don't have any programs running that would interfere with your internet connection (like some nasty malware or something). Then I would disable any antivirus you may have downloaded and once you've done that I'll have more ideas.

Than it could just be your ISP with same low speeds at the moment, but you could try to reset the modem to see if it makes anything of a difference.

If it is only happening with one laptop, than that device might be the root of the issue.

You don't have any uploads/downloads running in the background?

Point still stands, if only one device is encountering this issue: than the issue is there.
