What's the difference between these two cards?

EVGA GeForce GTX 3GB and the ASUS GTX 780 3GB

 

I can't decide which one to get because they are both the same card.. With what seems like just cosmetic changes along with the cooling on the Asus card. 

 

 

What're the actual differences?

The ASUS one has a better cooler and better power delivery but a slightly slower clock speed.

One has a much better performing cooler meaning it's quieter and you can oc it further.

dude. its $10 more unless you just love the look of the stock cooler(its beautiful, i dont blame you xD) get the Asus.
