A support contact?

Hi guys. Is there anyone that can help me out with a billing issue related to floatplane? 

 

I thought my subscription had expired as I didn't have the funds in my bank. So I signed up again. And both payments have gone out. So I'm essentially paying twice for this month. And they're both set up as recurring payments. 

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm sure they're up to their neck in messages and mine will just get lost.
