If you plan on getting a better motherboard later than just save your money and get the newest gen motherboard out at the time and newest overclockable i5 or i7 at that time as well. If you buy a 7700k right now and wait like say a year or so to buy the motheboard its going to be hard for you to actually find a motherboard new or a working one used.

why can afford the cpu now need the performance now can not affored a monther borde or whatis a good aforde one for that cput

If all your doing is playing games then you don't need the CPU now. The 6500 is perfectly capable of playing any game out right now as long as you pair it with the right GPU.

nope  it is the boatneck  in the game i play factor in big base which is the goal of the game i get 40 fps and cpu is the limiting or ram cpu is almost idle
