Is this noise my AIO?

I have never used an AIO before and I now have a Corsair H100i V2. I started playing some KSP and noticed a noise which I presume is the pump but now I closed KSP the sound is louder I attached a video with the sound. I didn't plug in the Corsair Link cable to the AIO as a component in the motherboard is in the way so the cable does not fit so I can't control the lights on it (put sound up)

Mother Board: MSI z690 carbon WiFi

RAM: TeamSport Elite DDR5 2x16 4800mhz

GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1080 

Case: Corsair Crystal 460X

PSU: Cosrair RM850X 80+ Gold

OS: Windows 11 Home

Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p @ 165hz

Keyboard: Razer Black Widow Chroma

Mouse: Logitech G502

Sound: Sony MDR 1000x Headphones, Blue Snowball Microphone

 

Laptop Specs:

Gigabyte Aorus 15G

CPU: Intel i7 10875H

RAM: 16gb DDR4

Storage: 512gb NVMe, 1TB Crucial MX300 SATA SSD

yep thats the pump

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

probably not, havent had one myself and havent heard one with quiet enough fans to even hear it before

Im going to get some thermal paste and rotate the water block so I can plug in the Corsair link cable and I'll see if that helps as I should be able to control the pump speed
