The GTX 1070 Ti can be overclocked. I'm pretty sure it's the same exact process as any other Pascal card.

It can be overclocked but you have to do it as all cards ship with the same stock clocks. Also the gtx 1070ti is kinda a pointless card as most are priced about the same as the gtx 1080.

Yes it can be overclocked. Try to get over 2000MHz on core speed. That's something most cards can do.

2050, 2076, 2101, 2136 if you are lucky.

 

And memory to about 4500MHz.
